Founder

From practiced and mastered field professions (Consultant Manager, Project Director, Broker and Territorial engineer), experience in France and internationally across multi-sectors as Sales Manager, COO, Risk Director, CEO (Real Estate, Finance, Consulting, Tourism, Energy, Agro-industry, Culture, Professional training), Fabien Berdah, founder of OptiManaging, has a transversal and proactive approach to management and company development.
Its professional experiences in both the private and public sectors have led him to balance economic, social and environmental progress, to pursue sustainable objectives of return on financial investments while replacing the human being at the center of concerns.
Endowed with Situational Intelligence and initial military training (military engineering and guerrilla in urban environment), Fabien is comfortable in project and mission modes, whether in the short, medium or long term.
He enjoys the mountains in a tropical area, the practice fighting sports, the worlds cultures.

With a partnership portfolio of around fifty experts spread over 12 countries and 3 continents, ready to integrate « ad hoc » teams, our approach to projects is transversal, from design to implementation, including project financing and engineering, from our platforms in Paris, São Paulo and Dakar.

Since 2007, we have woven a network of many political and economic decision-makers in the territories of the « global South » with the assumed aim and translated into actions to go beyond the reports and various studies by quickly providing concrete solutions to the needs.
Whenever necessary, we seek the skills needed to carry out the realization of the projects from international companies, companies that we accompany on sites and, where appropriate, we create the conditions for « joint-venture » with local companies.
